I have been trying for weeks to get a copy of my High School Diploma. I filled out their form, I put in that I wanted it emailed to me, I have messaged them on Facebook, called, and tried emailing. Nothing. Can’t even email because the email option keeps giving me an error telling me to fix something highlighted, but nothing is highlighted. The person who messaged me on Facebook messenger even said she’d make sure it went out the next day. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Let’s not mention the form was almost impossible to find, I had to have them send the link to it to me via messenger. I have even called and left voicemails! I missed out on a job opportunity because of this, and before anyone says anything, I never received the original copy of my HSD and never bothered because I hadn’t needed it until now. Most jobs don’t require you to give them a copy of it, but this one did and now I just want it so I have it for the future. All in all, if communication is this terrible, I would recommend going elsewhere for education because communication is important when it comes to your education. They might end up losing your credits like they almost did with me when I did my program (thanks to my record keeping skills I found them).

Poor director, and staff. Very quick to turn someone away instead of problem resolving, and the staff has a lot of attitude.
