Hard time getting a hold of anyone when you need help, and when you do get help, you aren’t getting the answers you need to get things done right. I was told on the phone that we had to repurchase the course all over again because they could find no record of my son completing the classroom part. Then, when I went into the email, sure enough he was already issued his 964, meaning he did in fact get the classroom part 100% done before the course expired. If they would have answered my inquiry in full rather than just sending the 964 certificate with no other guidance, I would not have bought the course all over again for no reason. I needed help making sure I had the 14 hour log completed correctly and they stopped responding to me when I needed more help understanding. The 14 hour log is confusing and there aren’t any instructions that I can find. The thing is, DPS will turn you away if things aren’t done right, and I’m trying to avoid that, but I’m on my own apparently. I would have gone with Aceable, but my son and his dad insisted on this company.
They were so nice, and honestly went out of their way to help. They stayed later for me to come in and squeezed me in for a drivers test when the class was full. They truly went out of their way to help and extremely communicative.
The receptionist, Nancy is the nicest person you will ever meet.
