When it came to her driving test–again, email reminders including what she needed to bring. Then the night before the instructor called her talked about the test and made sure she knew exactly what she needed to bring both for the test and the DMV after. Then on the day of, a detailed email to the parent with the same info.
I think most of the instructors are teachers or have other jobs so you can’t always get them by phone during the day AND if you email you will have a response before you know it.
Highly recommend Arvada Driving School!
Poor choices aside, the teacher clearly was giving the student little or no direction on how to actually drive. The student was breaking in nearly every turn and swerving all over the road. A little bit of minor instruction could easily correct that behavior and help that person be a good driver, but instead the teacher would rather just sit there and get nauseous while allowing this person to go out and endanger themselves and other people.
We did not do the “behind the wheel” (BTW) part, so I cannot speak to that.
If I could go back and do it again I would probably look elsewhere, or choose the online version (which would require half as many hours of my son’s time).
