So I got a cut and deep condition I had such a great experience I came back the next day for color. I was quoted $40 plus and additional $12 per adittonal bowl of color. I was also told that bleaching was included in the color service. Next day I get to my apointment and their systems are down and it’s cash or venmo only. and I am told I will just be charged a flat $30. So I went and got cash. Got the service turned out great. No complaints about the stylist at all. I go to check out and I’m told it’s going to be $70!? And suddenly they tell me they charge per bowl of bleach. This is not what I agreed to before hand.
I went to the West Jordan location and loved the environment. The teachers were super helpful and I loved that they were never judge mental on having to re-show you how to do things more than once. They never make you feel dumb. They also care about who you are. I went through some crazy life experiences and the love and support that I had with the TA community was the best! I am a successful cosmologist and business owner because of the things I learned at Taylor Andrews.
I had such a great experience getting extensions from Veronica Graff! She was so careful and listened to everything I wanted. She gave me detailed after care instructions and went over every initial question or concern I had.
I loved that the instructor Taysia was close by and checking in constantly the whole appointment in case we had more questions. It was such a great experience at the school! The extensions felt worth every cent!
