They’ve got a new building and an improved field (after several years of trying and trying again).
However, they changed the logo and the sentence underneath from “Aim High” to “Hand In Hand We Learn”. Not sure what is meant, but due to the color scheme, the chosen words and the current date of today, maybe they’ve added the ‘Safe Schools’ program.
There is news to parents concerned about the sexuality education and that is that kids in term 4 will be undergoing a sex education class about LGBTQ. If you are sensitive of these such programs I suggest taking care when enrolling. *This program is mandatory.
A down side, some teachers there are known to have teach kids what is right and wrong from their own perspective, which may give a red flag to parents and I suggest you keep the communication between your children and you open at all times.
In conclusion, good school really, good environment, just some minor issues regarding politics which could become major near the end of the year.
