This institution doesn’t even deserve the the one star that is required to leave a review.
My twin nephews attended this daycare for about 6 months. Within that time, several concerns were raised.
To begin, I was added to the list to pick up my nephews from school and occasionally did so when their parents asked me to. However, my ID was never checked when picking the children up in the afternoon. Keep in mind, I did not recognize any staff members and my nephews do not resemble me whatsoever.

Staff at this daycare appears to be like a revolving door- I rarely saw the same staff members twice, and their communication was clearly negatively impacted as a result. I was often given verbal “updates” on the children at the end of the day, yet is was clear the staff member I was speaking with could not differentiate between my fraternal twin nephews.

Other instances here and there: the teachers using their app which is intended to track the childrens’ progress throughout the day was sometimes not updated at all, or even more concerning, updated through the whole day before 10am.

However the straw that broke the camels back occurred in late November when my sister picked up her two children to find them outside in cold weather WITHOUT COATS! While the teachers were bundled up, but still shivering, they thought it would be acceptable to leave these toddlers outside in light sweatshirts, because they were too incompetent to find the coats that my sister supplied. They admitted they kept the children out in these conditions for TWO HOURS!

I’m sick thinking that these “teachers” could subject innocent children to this!
The owner said there would be consequences for these staff members, however they are still employed and responsible for looking after other peoples’ children. I write this as a warning for other parents. Do yourself a favor, and find a daycare that has qualified educators.

This place should be ashamed to call themselves a safe space for children. After hearing an outpour of concerns and stories from at least 15 or more individuals who had either sent their children there, worked there, or both, I would never in a million years send my child to either one of their understaffed (majorly – backed by the fact they are saying 6-8 full-time positions open for each room on their own Facebook page???), dirty, negligent, borderline abusive locations EVER. Any positive review I have seen for this place has been by a current staff member or a significant other of a current staff member, likely to avoid being bullied by the upper management who begs for such reviews from their staff. As a mother, a social worker, and a former educator myself, please save yourself the trouble and do not send your child here based on these fake reviews. Do real research first or you will be terribly sorry once you find out what your children are to be exposed to.

This place is a joke my son went here and on a number of accasions he came home with bite marks and when asked no one could tell me wat happen they push things under the rug I kno many ppl who have worked here and I heard lots if stories about this place spear yourself the aggravation and do not send your children here they have un educated children that work at this center that know nothing about taking care of children the director has no clue wat she’s doing she’s out of the building more then she’s in it has no clue wats going on in this place thay should be shut down and be ashamed of wat gose on here this is y thay have 2 stars and let’s not forget the owners who have no clue wats going on in there place of bisness very sad this place was once a great place to send children shame on the owners for letting this place get like this
