My son has been attending WOAD since he was 2 years old, he is now 6 and will be going to second grade this 2017-2018 school year. He is advanced in education, very well behaved, and is spiritually driven! The staff is amazing and it is rare to find teachers that actually care about education and the children!! As soon as you walk in the door you feel such a positive vibe which ensures you to know that your child is in wonderful hands. Ms. Sharon runs her school like no other and the students give her the upmost respect! She is nurturing and stern. While instilling love and God in the children, education is her main priority. The teachers go above and beyond to educate the students and treat the students as if they are their own. The children are very advanced in their curriculum, well mannered, and extremely smart. The graduation ceremony is something that should be broadcasted on national television because it is so amazing, the world should see it! My son is now in summer camp at WOAD and even in the midst of the big move (which is MOST deserved for the owner, staff, and kids), the kids are still having fun and learning new things in an educational environment everyday! My son tells me daily how much he loves school and now summer camp! If WOAD had a middle school, high school, and college, my son would forever be educated at WOAD! The foundation starts there and it truly takes a village. The parents work with the teachers which creates a healthy environment for the child. I always recommend WOAD as one of the top private schools in the state of Georgia for parents who want a great educational foundation for their child(ren). IT STARTS AT WINGS OF A DOVE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY!
My daughter has been a student of Wings of a Dove Christian Academy since the age of 4. She is now 9 years old and I must say, I am just as happy now as I was from the beginning. She is excelling tremendously academically, socially, and spiritually. I love the Devotion time they have each morning.
From the beginning, the staff, teachers and Owner, have always been nice, professional, and very informative. The owner has always had an open door policy and is always willing to assist you in any way. I have referred other students to this facility and they have also been extremely happy.
After 3 years of my daughter attending this school, I was laid off of my job after 14 years. Ms. Sharon(the Owner), graciously offered me a job and I am currently still employed with them. To this day, I can say it has been nothing but humble blessing working with the staff and Ms. Sharon.
The only complaint i have is that my daughter will be starting her last year (5th grade) this upcoming school year. I am praying by then, there will be a Wings of a Dove Middle School. 🙂 🙂
Keep up the great work!!!!!!
I was so excited when my kids first started wings of a dove Christian Academy about three weeks ago. All the excitement soon came to a hault when Ms.Sharon the owner became very rude with me as we were discussing my children’s behavior. Now I’m all in working in children’s behavior but Sharon says “we do not like to always get parents involved when we work on behavior” but turns around and tell my children’s grandmother everything and when I pick my kids up nobody says anything. It’s more to this story but if it wasnt for Sharon telling my daughter she not be able to come back to her childcare and running to my car telling to me “We will not be picking up your kids today” Maybe my kids will still be there.
