I took the real estate salesperson course with Richard. The timing was ideal for me in that I was able to enroll in a class shortly after making the decision that I wanted to work on obtaining my real estate license. I found Richard’s class to be very informative and to the point. I passed the salesperson exam on the first try, and it is due to the preparation I received from NJ Real Estate School. Richard’s teaching methodologies align closely with what you can expect to see on the exam. After taking the class and doing a thorough review of all the notes and quizzes, I felt very prepared for the exam. I also found the cost for the course to be incredibly fair, especially based on the quality of education received. I would take future courses with NJ Real Estate School online, and highly recommend this school.
Choosing what real estate school to attend can be very challenging. I was very fortunate to have a wonderful instructor, his name is Richard. Let me tell you why I felt comfortable with Richard. He is down to earth, he wont sugar coat anything for you. He focuses on your success and to me that is what its all about. When you have a dedicated individual who you see, hear and feel that their are giving you their all just for you to learn this means the world to me. This is the best real estate school in New Jersey, you know what makes it the number one real estate school to attend, Its the vast knowledge that you are left with when you finish the class.
I really enjoyed my learning experience with Richard! He is the most knowledgeable instructor and he is very passionate about what he does. I have previously attended Real Estate school in Florida about 7 years ago, and it took me several attempts to pass the state test. After Richard’s course I passed from the first attempt, without having to study intensely. His course is pretty complex, but very well taught, with lots of examples and very helpful information. He is ready to answer any question. In addition this was pretty much the only school in NJ that would work with my 9-5 schedule, so I was very happy I found it! Thank you so much Richard!
