Coming from a parent who has experienced both the old and new Cambridge: major difference! Terrible school, no gym, no security, no cafeteria, bathrooms are unsanitary, principal teaches the classrooms when there is no substitute teacher (not certified by the State of Illinois) gym classes are inconsistent, no certified nurse on staff, no transportation or lunches provided, requires $1000 in fundraising a year in addition to $750/month tuition with no-show for where the money is going, security systems being installed was promised upon first parent meeting of the school year: never got done, principal ( Johnson) has no experience on how to run a school this school won’t be open for long
Cambridge Classical Academy offers children an excellent level of care and education, as well as teaches a culturally appropriate curriculum that empowers their students. The faculty are dedicated and the students are challenged to reach excellence.
This is such an amazing school! The teachers, administration and staff are amazing; they have created an environment where learning is fun and excellence is habitual.
