Uh so many memories. More bad than good. I remember Ms Grosman (can’t remember correct spelling) telling me and a friend how Vlad the impaler use to kill his victims and how he had just enough knowledge on the anatomy that he could stake you and keep you alive for days! Not sure why she told us that lol but I’ve always remembered it. She wasn’t a terrible teacher but she wasn’t good either. And then of course Ms Thorpe was the worse! She was an absolute bully! She use to always wear a tight singlet where you could see the colour of her bra and the mini of minist skirts you could ever find. Every time she sat down you could see her underwear. I remember us kids thought it was hella gross but funny. Not sure how Ms Divine let her get away with that! The no food sharing rule was extreme! I understand some kids have dietary requirements/restrictions. But punishing kids for sharing their food with someone who’s clearly getting sent to school with no food everyday is ridiculous. They should’ve been contacting the parents and asking why the child has no food all the time instead of blaming the kids. Ms Wade, Ms Stewart, Ms Sapapo, Ms Ball and Ms Harrington, and Ms Owl were great teachers. Only good memories with these teachers! Also if teachers are going to organise a class party they should be bringing food too! Not organising a party and then forcing the kids who were not able to bring anything to sit and watch everyone else eat and have a fun time. Ms Toff use to love doing this! Plan a class party where she brings nothing, eats everything and forces little kids to watch her and everyone else have a good time. I remember 2-3 of us having to watch this at each class party. While she fed her big hole.
I went to this school for 2 years and it was a horrible experience, some of the teachers were mean and the kids were 100x worse, I got bashed for no reason at the school and the this occurred frequently and the teachers did nothing and don’t even get me started on the principle, she was horrible she would always find a reason to suspend me and get me into trouble and I didn’t even do the things she accused me of so if your thinking about sending your kids to this school DON’T!!!! you will regret it majorly
I am currently a student in Woodroffe and it is amazing! The teachers are VERY kind and care about all students. The campus is simple and easy to remember as it is not so big (but still big as an average public school) The school is full of colors and really put thought into their design for younger children. There is Aboriginal paintings by indigenous artists . Some other artists and soon more! Apart from some students swearing and wagging classes, teachers handle it well. My teacher is awesome! She understands us and always help us when we are in need. Bullying is quite unlikely here but as it still happens the children just brush it off and have their day. As for the principle, she is AMAZING!! She’s so kind and strives to make a good impression for the school. She’s also got good style! XD overall the school I would recommend. There’s lots of opportunities in sports and excursions and so I would highly recommend. Will be leaving next year, I’m going to make it my best!
i was here for 7 years and its a good school. but there are bad students and SOME bad teachers ngl. if you can’t handle swearing like a lot of swearing and other stuff, don’t go here but pretty much a good school overall. tip, if you wanna be popular here be pretty and be good at sports
the last time i was there, we were setting up a Christmas tree, the star fell off and hit my head, i got a mild concussion and was in hospital for 3 days, do not recommend.
