I sent my daughters to Sammer’s years ago and we had a good experience both times.
But the original owner has retired and his daughter in law is running the business.
I recently sent my granddaughter. It has been a horrible experience.
The first drive out with an instructor “Amy” she was expected to know how to drive!!!
Silly me!!! Why would I pay for a class if she already knew how to drive????
They show the kids horrific car accidents and it caused my granddaughter anxiety. She was scared to death to drive.
They are unable or unwilling to answer any questions. Refuse to answer the phone and have an invalid email address so you cannot contact them!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I see now why they are at this terrible location opposed to where it used to be!!!
We have been trying to contact Sammers for weeks to schedule our daughter’s drive time and have not received a call back. We have even gone to their location and no one was there. I feel they have taken out $400 and do not care about the service they provide once they have the money. Our next step is to contact the BBB.
We have been trying to schedule our granddaughters driving time, but get no answer. We paid 400 dollars for there services to be left with absolutely no regards to our concerns. We have even went there on a Friday during their supposedly open hours, but no one was there. Wouldn’t recommend them.
