Over the past several months, I have witnessed the ineffectiveness of learning online. Understandably so, current health guidelines have permitted the mandatory masks and the six-foot rule. As a graduate student and professional, I am upset at the lack of technological preparedness that has taken place. Teachers at this school are ineffective and barely understood.
Being well-traveled and versed in foreign affairs, I can barely understand the instructors that you have provided. As an adult, I find it hard that you would expect this of an adolescent. Your teachers lack care, understanding, and response to the students. Questions go unanswered and assignments vague. This is not education, but tragic and inexcusable.
Teachers are to educate, care, and nurture the future of this country. Pandemic and online instruction has given teachers the right to be lazy and unresponsive. There appear to be no consequences in the supervision of this matter. I understand diversity, but please make sure that they speak the language clearly when you hire someone. Teach and talk about the language to our children; they must understand and comprehend you.
I do not recommend you to send your children to this school.
The teachers subjugated and bullied my son into several lunch detentions separating him from his friends. He had worn a black instead of white undershirt and was immediately sent to the office and was given 2 days of detention for lunch, later his belt was considered flashy for the uniform and was punished to the same degree. The belt was all black and just had a green outline around the buckle , not flashy at out all. My son is a solid A student and the fact these issues continued weekly of nitpicking is absurd. He would hate going to school and even had his mom and I go through dress guidelines and made a dresser of clothes suitable for school standards and yet the targeting continued. No child should have to deal with such cruel and immature adults like this which is why I removed him after the 1st semester. Parents dont put your kid in this school.
Honestly most of these bad reviews are exaggerated. The teachers are very strict on you and some dont even teach you well but all teachers have a special connection with the students. The Coaches are an amazing example, they all have their own special connection with their students. Their rules are too strict, there cant be any hugging between the opposite sex even if they are best friends and they sometimes leave the bathroom doors open in order to make sure that nothing bad happens I think thats invading someones privacy. Aristoi, like every other school has its good qualities and bad qualities. If you want your child to be well taught and tested morally and physically I recommend going to Aristoi.
