First starting it was fantastic, atmosphere was great and boss. I worked there for almost 2years. Once management changed and shifts in structure, I hated it. So much micromanaging, gossip, and dysfunction. Managers are promoted and they don’t have the tools to manage their team without being afraid. Training is minimal to non-existent. The pay is low for the job you do. I would not recommend this place for the highly educated. It may be a good place to start but not something for the long haul. There is no appreciation for staff and really no real room for advancement unless your goal is to become director. Its a dead-end job with very low pay and few raises.
Such a great school! The Public school system had no idea what do with my daughter besides sending her home and suspending her. High roads is different. They have such a great staff and they work with your kids! They never give up on your child! I absolutely love this school and so does my daughter.
