I came to Nerang from yr 2 until yr 6 I absolutely loved it here a lot changed from when I went there all the teachers are amazing if miss daylight, mr Huston, miss g, one of the yr 2 teachers [ I can’t remember her name] I garentee they will have something to say about me just ask them about Harlem Thompson and Ryder leader. I got a lot of help from this school I was a little menace got into ALOT of trouble suspended a lot I made great friends I’m still friends with a couple of the kids I used to be with all the time my best mate Ryder we have been friends for 10 yrs now he is the reason I came to Nerang and if you are a parent that works early or late at night pcyc at school ms Michele will help out with a lot. AND defiantly ask her about me and Ryder she will go on forever about me and Ryder we even had our own x on the floor for our timeout spots but over all the school is amazing and I wish I could go back and visit but its just too hard now I’m in high school I’m too busy. if you are looking to enrol for primary school I recommend Nerang as the first school you look at they do have a very old school way but the school is now over 100 yrs old [ I’m pretty sure] the school was made around ww 2 finished and the pcyc building was the first ever room and has been remade hundreds of time the school has a lot of history ok I have to stop I could go on forever about Nerang but it is a very good school I would rate 10 stars if I could
Complacency at its finest….. especially communication.
Bullying from teachers and other students…towards students and parents extremely disappointing.
Basically too many staff changes let alone principles….not comfortable for children.
Rude administration and no-one takes responsibility basically for their actions.
Unsafe crossing situations.
So sad that this is all STILL going on
Hi there my name is Alex I really really love this school and I get better and better every year at this school sorry I have to use my wired account but it’s ok? I’m just telling you that you have to go to this school it’s really amazing the teachers are really nice and caring AND the play ground is so fun but remember to study as hard as you can try I hope you have a lovely day bye
The Deputy Principal and Principal sincerely care for every one of the students. Such a wonderful community feeling at this school. My son’s teacher is amazing, particularly with helping children with special needs. I’m sure the caring teachers we have had at this school are changing lives for the better.
