I called regarding a simple question I had about the special education resources that this organization had available for individuals seeking to go back to school for their GED. Instead of answering this question or looking into it, I was cut off while speaking and transferred back and fourth to different departments seven times, all of which were very exasperated that I had been transferred to them in the first place. I think that their customer service and interpersonal skills could use serious improvement.
