North Star Academy Fairmount Elementary holds a special place in mine and my children’s hearts, as it has been the nurturing ground for both of my children’s educational journeys. With one already spreading her wings in high school, set to embark on a remarkable university adventure, and another eagerly anticipating the next chapter in middle school, our experience with North Star has been nothing short of exceptional.

From the very first day, the school welcomed us with open arms, enveloping us in a supportive community that felt more like family than an institution. The teaching staff, with their genuine care and dedication, not only impart knowledge but also ignite a passion for learning within each child. They’ve gone above and beyond, recognizing and nurturing the unique strengths of my children, ensuring they blossom into confident, curious learners.

I have successfully put four children through the Fairmount elementary campus. All of my children are high scoring and high achievers among their peers. My children have learned a real sense of community among their peers and among their teachers. All of my children’s teachers have had a large impact not only on my children, but on myself as well, they have always been open and available whenever called upon and have always pushed our children to be better. There is so much more I could go on to say about the Fairmount elementary school campus that words would never suffice I believe the qualities and characteristics from this campus should be implemented in all elementary campuses.
