There are 2 clicks at this school or gangs as most people would call them . Jet Life and Savage. There are about 50 kids in jet life. They do torment other children in the school. They take other kids belongings by threat of being jumped by more than one person in the gang. Most of them attend Hopper. This WAS a good area!!!! Not anymore 🙁 When my daughter was transferred from Hopper to Cy Springs they put her in a Sophomore Geometry class. Even though she passed all of her classes and has her credits they were not going to promote her to being a Sophomore because Hopper did not put her in Algebra 1 which is standard for Freshmen. Due to District policy they have to have Algebra 1 credit or they will not be promoted. This is THEIR fault and they wanted me to pay for Summer school or her go back next year still categorized as a Freshman because of their mess up. After a month arguing with Cy Springs the issue was finally resolved. Apparently Hopper transferred a lot of Freshmen into Sophomore classes. So there were a lot more people than me dealing with this.

that school is the most inconsiderate school my daughter has ever went to and the teachers don’t let them express house she feels and there’s to many fights and the assistant principals there are just so rude they need to learn that you have to let the children speak and they treat them like dogs they have control over the kids but when they wanna talk they hit them or even throw things at them or even cuss at them or pull them by there clothing and almost choke them and this schools girls and boys are in there are so rude and even if you bump into them they will fight you no wonder this school has horrible ratings ugh this school is like jail for these poor girls and guys even with the teachers that are in that school and ms.herst need to lay off the kids because she threat to touch my daughter and she put her hands on her and tells her stuff to her face like “next time i see you with that phone im gonna snatch it out of your hands and break it” and next time she lays a hand on my daughter im doing a police report not from the school but from the real police

I feel like this school mistreats kids for no reason and suspends kids for every little thing because the teachers don’t know how to control the kids and the only thing they do is suspend kids for 3 days and I feel like they bully the kids like mrs huers and I’ve been fighting with them because they mistreat my kid and bully him I’ve been talking to supervisor and the president of the school and nobody does anything I don’t recommend this school because it’s the worst including the teachers and the supervisor
