Best school of all time. I went there the teachers were great, the schoolwork was interesting, and they appreciated every thing we had to offer. My only problem is the food and the uniforms. Great place. Would recommend to anyone with or without a child haha.
Edit: the kids who say they don’t like guys school will HATE every other school. Probably your best option in Pennsylvania, let alone Pittsburgh.
pros:I love everything that has to do with Dilworth. im in 5th grade i wish i could stay longer. i met so many friends at dilworth. if you have a kid SEND THEM HERE. the teachers are awesome

cons:i hate the the uniforms and the lunch. i cried eating wile the lunch. sometimes you get 10 min lunches if your bad after recess.

i still give this school a 10/10

This school is the reason why my family moved to Highland Park rather than Sq Hill or Point Breeze. Dr Lamar, the principle is a force of nature. She is also known as “Your child’s other mother,” by the PTA. The teachers are best elementary teachers in Pgh, IMHO. Both of my kids learned and grew so much at Dilworth.
