Update: My child is no longer at Pinebrook. He was having behavior issues, but instead of telling us it was serious, they chose to deal with it themselves until it didn’t work and they asked my son to leave. Meanwhile, all it took was adjusting his ADHD medicine and the problems were resolved. But Pinebrook staff didn’t bother to tell us the severity of the issues until they had given up and kicked him out. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think the meeting with the teacher and director should happen early on to address problems and explain severity, not waiting until you are giving up on the child and asking a family to leave.

I cannot say enough good things about Pinebrook. The staff is loving, caring and attentive. Both of my children have thrived there with obvious improvements in language, communication, letters, numbers, basic math, and early childhood knowledge. They bring in a yoga teacher several days a week to work with all ages. They have had parent/teacher meetings (in person before pandemic) to give us insight into our children’s development and areas where my kids can use additional help for improvement.

When the pandemic hit, the facility took every precaution. They reduced classroom sizes, implemented a front door temperature check and drop-off policy to reduce exposure, ardently require masks not only for every employee but also for parents at drop-off/pick-up, and stepped up the focus on hand washing. And through all of this, they have still managed to keep a positive attitude and my children have come home aware of the impact of the virus, but still telling me how they have enjoyed the school.

At Pinebrook Montessori School, my daughter was able to learn and grow in an environment that encouraged creativity. Ms. Sue and the other teachers provided a nurturing atmosphere where my daughter felt safe and secure enough to explore her world. She always had plenty of activities lined up that kept her engaged and entertained throughout the day. Even during the height of covid, they were able to provide such amazing support and preparing the students for kindergarten.

The teachers at Pinebrook have been so passionate about helping children become well-rounded individuals who are ready to enter school with confidence. They understand the importance of developing a strong foundation of reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies, art, music and much more. With a focus on life-long learning, Pinebrook Montessori School helps kids develop the skills necessary to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.

I wish we had found Pinebrook earlier and that they had provided a kindergarten program. It was tough to leave!

We’ve been going to Pinebrook for a couple years. My child has had an amazing experience here! My child had difficulty with speech and didn’t have many friends because of COVID. The teachers at Pinebrook (especially Ms. Shakeela & Ms. So) personally worked with my child daily. The teachers worked in conjunction with my child’s other school, too.

My child is now speaking clearly, loves to socialize, and has self-confidence! My child’s academic progress excelled!

Ms. Rabia has worked with us, as well! She ensured everything went smoothly for us – every day. If I ever had issues or questions, she helped me right away.

There are many other excellent teachers at Pinebrook! My child loves and hugs them before leaving all the time! I cannot recommend them enough.
