The school can’t discipline the students correctly and the teachers can’t control the students and most of the teachers don’t put much effort with helping the kids. The kids are always loud and recently I went to go testing and most of the students were done and I was still testing and I was honestly shook because they started getting really loud like wild animals and i couldn’t concentrate and had to tell the teacher they were too loud! When clearly they shouldn’t even let a single student talk when other students are testing! I had the worse experience with testing in this school! The teachers really don’t care to see the students succeed like I’m moving out of this school as soon as possible. Also the kids do drugs on campus and don’t get suspended when they’re caught and I witnessed it. The school is really horrible but there are some good students like myself and staffs but you’re mostly likely to find the bad ones. So in a school with many bad students and careless teachers the school will always be horrible. Put your kids in private school or charter school not some ratchet school like this one!!!

Loved all three years I was there, granted I graduated in 1989. We didn’t have cell phones, laptops, google or facebook. We actually socialized in person instead of by network. We had school pride, discipline and respect for ourselves as well as the staff. We said the pledge of allegiance with “under god” included. Not sure if that still goes on today. At P. E. You dressed out and actually ran the laps. If your a student there now it’s up to you to make your school what you want it to be. Just like you will have to do once you become an adult and go out into the real world. Join a club to better your schools image. JROTC if you feel your lacking the ability to be a leader not a follower. My senior year I had discipline and respect of the Corp. We organized activities that showed our pride not just in the school but in our community. Take it or leave it. It’s up to you to make the difference! Discipline starts at home with your family. Teachers are not there to be your mother or father. They can be your mentor or friend if you show them who you want to be.

I am a WHHS Alumni student. I love love love this school. New buildings and landscaping have made this school so beautiful. My daughter is a current student and she loves it also. People are great and keep in close contact with parents regarding students success. Highly recommend this school.
