WORST. SERVICE. EVER. If you need your transcripts to apply for college, transfer, or anything else MAKE SURE YOU DO IT 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE SHOOT MAYBE 4! DO NOT WAIT AT THE LAST MINUTE! These people DO NOT CARE about their job and are pretty much sitting there on their phones to collect a check. I had requested my immunization form them did not hear from them A WEEK LATER, I was sent an email from someone who worked there and said that my proof of ID “wasn’t fully uploaded” so I was supposed to send a picture ASAP so my process wasn’t pushed back. I sent the photo of proof of my ID straight to the email they replied to me from (I sent the email as soon as I received the email that same day). I did not hear from them the rest of the week. I was running out of time, sent another email and still no reply so I HAD TO WALK INTO THE BUILDING made the same complaint and see what was going on with my transcript request process. I was handed a phone and spoken to someone who asked me for my information and saw that I paid for my reqeust but they did not see my email reply for the proof of ID(Which I had proof it was successfuly sent). Instead of emailing my transcript records to my college I WAS HANDED THE CONFIDENTIAL FORMS & WAS TOLD TO TAKE IT TO MY SCHOOL!(Also, they asked me for proof of ID before I was handed the envelope, once I showed them my ID they responded with, “Yup thats the photo I saw!” excuse me? I thought you didn’t see the email so how could you have known that was the same photo ID??) The worst part about this is, they have a bunch of old signs from 2020 that says, they do not accept walk-ins! They’re milking the ‘No Walk-ins’ from the rise of the pandemic but there’s NO WAY YOU CAN SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE BECAUSE IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL BUT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND SIGNATURE ON EMAILS IT SAYS WE CAN CALL THEIR OFFICES. How are we supposed to get in contact with you if you guys inconsistent with your emails, transcript requests, don’t accept walk-ins & have your phone offices straight to voicemails??? You guys need to do better, you’re taking peoples money, wasting time and making people miss their deadlines for important things. I am so disappointed/disgusted with the service. These people do not care at all. Hire better employees.
They deserve every bit of these one star reviews. Completely rude but it makes sense that an equally hostile school (Sheridan) would have standards low enough to house their records here. Avoid them both.
This place doesn’t open on time and they don’t pick up their phones on time.
