I enrolled my two kids for summer because we moved up from Tampa to Wesley chapel, they were attending to another daycare there and I never had any complains there. They started last week with Creative World and the first day when I picked them up they were outside playing and was very hot, it was around 5:00 pm and 97 degrees, the boy was sweating and red for playing too much time under the sun, I did not like that at all. The second day I asked to their teacher about the outside time and she told me that is since 4pm, what is crazy because is summer and the outside time is 30 minutes in the morning and 30minutes in the afternoon and don’t let them play outside never under 97 degrees all that time. The last day Friday I went for them at 415pm to confirm if they play outside since 4pm, and it was true, at that time they were outside playing under the sun at 97 degrees. For that reason I take my kids and we did not come back anymore to that childcare. This was my experience with the boy he is 5 years, he was with the schoolers. I suggest to the parents to look for better options for our kiddos because we paid a lot for keep them safe and happy and this is not fair is summer is hot and playing outside for 1 hour and half is inhumane. I called to let them know what happened and they were acting normal like is one kid leaving us there more kids coming. They charged me for one week almost 600$, they didn’t give me the registration fee back. Don’t let the kids play more than 30minutes outside is summer is 97 degrees outside please. And parents there many options, go and look for better child care for our little ones.

Creative world Wesley Chapel is a phenomenal place. My two year old daughter loved it from day one. The playgrounds, the facilities, the toys, the curriculum, the cleanliness, everything about the place is amazing. The staff especially at Wesley Chapel, is better than anyone can imagine. They truly care for your child it’s not just a check to them. I wish I could say it was the same for all creative worlds, but creative world in Tampa I would not say the same. My daughter loved her class there we moved so we had to change her daycare and three days in they change their hours from 7am to 6 PM to 8am to 5pm with no notice. Wesley Chapel is the best. Price, convince, caring. Overall a great place to send your precious cargo.

My Son graduated from Creative World May 2023, I was so happy with the quality of service received from teachers and staff. As a first time Mom I was nervous about how things would be but not only did he adjust well, the teachers made the process so much better. They had different learning activities each day and week which was beneficially with his learning and growth. Now that he is in Kindergarten he still ask about his teachers and old classmates. 10/10 I recommend. Lots of gratitude to Ms. Lauren, Ms.Janisza, Ms. Theresa, Ms. Ida and Ms. Andreas along with all the other staff members that are apart of this instituition. Miss them all.
