Enrolled and paid my tuition months in advance. Now, still months prior to class start date, my circumstances have changed and I won’t be able to attend. I have never had so much difficulty obtaining a refund! The unnecessary delay makes me wonder if they are having financial problems. The school may be good, but they are pretty shady in how long they will delay giving refunds. Going on -two weeks now and haven’t even received confirmation of their intent to issue the refund. Will most likely have to ask my bank to do a chargeback. Just sad!
I went to this school from Oct. of 2023 to April of 2024, to say this school is experienced, well-thought, kind, and with a great enthusiasm for medical education is a understatement! My instructors K’leigh Clifford and Cathryn Montoya, were absolutely amazing. They always took their time with every student, were very kind, and only taught us the best. They are amazing instructors and I will recommend this school and these instructors to anyone who is wanting to further there education with Medical Assisting!
Abilene Medical Assistant School is great for students that want a good, successful future. My instructors Kathryn and KLeigh were extremely helpful and supportive in my CMA Certification program. Couldnt be happier with the process. Best investment of my life.
