Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Our son was only there for a few months but in that brief time we experienced so many issues. The staff was communicating one thing and then saying something else days later.They have very small size rooms, which isnt a huge thing but just not great considering the price. We found that they also had an inadequate amount of diaper changes and there was a day where we caught the toddler teacher at the time lying about how often changes were happening. The not so great quality food, which is apparently just standard across primrose schools (nothing is fresh everything is canned). Lastly, and the cherry on top was actually witnessing a staff member carry a 4 year old over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes because he was crying on his way in
Not to mention that even making a report to primrose as a whole didnt do anything.. yeah that just says it all.
Primrose School of NE Green Oaks is beyond phenomenal when it comes to all of my sons needs. They are always very kind and understanding when it comes to anything you ask of them. My son has attended Primrose for the past 3 years and he will never go anywhere else. Before attending Primrose my son attended multiple childcare facilities in the area and i was extremely disappointed with every single one of them.The staff at Primrose welcomes everyone with a smile and will without a doubt keep your child safe and happy. The education program is outstanding, for example if your child is struggling you can tell the teacher and they will work on it individually with them. The school also sponsors a holiday concert around Christmas as well as other events throughout the year. If you are looking for the perfect place for your child to go and for an exceptional experience GO TO PRIMROSE!
I had a TERRIBLE experience at Primrose in Green Oaks. My son told me the teacher was mean to him and he stopped acting like himself. When I brought it to the attention of the director, Lynne, I was dismissed, my son was basically blamed by the room teacher and Lynne. I felt awful that I had allowed him into this awful place to be mistreated, apparently, and immediately just pulled my son out. To this day I will never send him to another day care. I have also heard horror stories on Primrose in McKinney. Maybe Primrose in general is just terrible. Please save your children and do not send them here.
