Alice the instructor is really amazing! She knows what shes talking about and gives you everything you need to pass. I was worried Id get lost or distracted while on the video calls but she kept it so engaging and interesting. She wasnt worried about making everything fast and straight to the point. She made sure to answer all questions thoroughly and made sure you understood before moving on. If youre serious about getting your license and want to get the most out of your courses, Golden Real Estate School is the best way. The best part is the tools are always available to you even when you complete the courses. Alice is always there to answer any questions once the courses are over.
Golden Real Estate School provided me with all the tools necessary to pass the CA Real Estate exam. I love the fact that it was in person or via zoom witch worked out perfect for my busy schedule. Alice the instructor is so fantastic, the classes were enjoyable and I looked forward every Thursday for my class! Alices personality is fun and energetic which kept me focused. She shared her personal experiences as a realtor and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this Real Estate School and taking Alices classes. Thank you so much Golden Real Estate School you have changed my life!
The first day I went in to the office I was nervous and was not sure what to expect. when I met Alice and her being very nice and open to helping me made me feel a lot better. She was very patient and passionate in her craft and everything she thought was very helpful. She definitely takes her time to see if everybody understands and also told us if we need help or feel shy to ask she could help us after class. I would give this experience a 10/10 and would recommend GRES to friends and family members.
