We have been attending Primrose for the past seven years. All three of our children have attended (current 4th grader – started at 3 yrs old, current PreK – started at 2 yrs old, current 18 month old – started at 3 months old). Through the years, the staff and teachers have been consistent. We explored other programs within the surrounding area when we first arrived and in between and hands down we confirmed each time Primrose was the place to be.
We continuously refer families to Primrose as we have seen the school grow and transform over the years. The way they care for our children, they are definitely part of our village. The phone calls notifying of incidents (yes, they will happen, theyre kids), us working together on development milestones, and the individual love they give to our children is unmatched. I hear stories of other facilities in and out of state, and they dont even compare to the nurturing our children receive.
Our children get excited to come to school and they have fun with their friends and teachers. We highly recommend Primrose.
Primrose is a stellar institution for your child to learn and grow. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and acutely aware of each childs individual needs. I feel my child is safe and supported daily by teachers who are professional. Our son is advanced for his age, therefore we knew it was important to find a daycare that would nurture his thirst for learning. After going to other reputable and even more expensive daycares, we chose Primrose because the administration was impressive and responsive to our questions and needs, the facility was clean (custodial staff speaks to us and our son as we enter the building), and the curriculum was both engaging, effective, and accessible throughout the classroom and through the ProCare app. So far, we are thoroughly impressed and highly recommend Primrose School at Macland Pointe to others.
We transferred our daughter to Primrose School at Macland Pointe after a very poor experience at a different daycare. This was the best decision we could have possibly made for her development and our peace of mind. As a working parent, you want to know your child is being cared for exactly as they would be at home with you. Primrose goes above and beyond to make sure we are not only aware of what is going on throughout the day, but comfortable with our child in the care of someone else. We know she is happy and loved by all of the staff. They are incredibly friendly and in tune with our daughter’s needs. She is so excited to see her teachers every day and play. It makes it easy to focus on our work because we know she is in good hands.
