I’ve gone to many schools, and this is by far the best school I’ve been too. Only attended in year 6, and i wish i started from kindergarten. Something is happening everyday, you will never get bored. Learning is fun and the students are extremely kind and hilarious. I feel as though I’ve met life long friends at this school. When i have kids of my own, will definitely be sending them here!
I personally think that Bankstown public school offers a good learning environment and is overall an okay levelled school, however I do have one minor problem. If you’re an extension and excel in certain subjects, (for me that would be mathematics) teachers do not provide challenging types of work and instead merge you with average students which makes the work very boring. Also can I mention how rarely teachers hand out A’s? I’ve never had anyone in my class get an A before, but I don’t really mind 😛 Also! If you’re kid is doing selective, try going to a private school instead since they give out higher extra scores and grades for the test (which is very important). Coming from a year 6 student of 2021! :DDD
went here from 2009 to 2012, a kid i fought with became my mate, shoutout brendan, my best mates Raja and Christian big up my guys idk where they’re at now. Yeah this schools alright, except the teachers didnt help at all with the bullying, just gave the classic ” tell them stop it i dont like it”
My daughter’s female teacher hated my daughter’s hijab and used to make comments at her such as “oh its too hot today and too bad you have to wear this hijab ” and “too bad you can’t wear earrings”. She even tried to manipulate my daughter into wearing them for the whole day, just in defiance. She had very clear and physical hatred towards Muslims apparent on her face. Had to change my girl’s school.
Great school, I’ve been a student of Bankstown Public school since the year 2009 all the way to 2016. It’s been 3 years and still remember every inch of the school and the wonderful teachers, Deputies, principals and nurses that has supported me in my darkest of times. Would recommend this school to parents who wants their child to grow Physically/emotionally strong, intelligent and successful.
Sincerely: Hanson Pham
