I am thrilled to share my positive experience with Montessori Reggio Academy (MRA)! The elementary campus is incredibly warm and inviting, making it a joy to drop off my child each day. The professionalism and helpfulness of the staff stand out, ensuring a smooth and supportive environment for both students and parents.
One of the greatest strengths of MRA is the small teacher-to-student ratios. This allows for individualized attention, and it’s clear that the teachers are deeply focused on creating a nurturing environment while maintaining high academic standards. Their dedication to preparing my child for the next chapter is evident in every aspect of their teaching.
My older daughter graduated last year from Ms. Johns’ class at MRA and was accepted into the GT program immediately at a very competitive school in Katy, Texas. This is a testament to the excellent preparation she received at MRA. I am equally excited for my younger child, who will be joining the kindergarten program this fall. I have no doubt he will benefit immensely from the same high-quality education; we drive over 45 min each way to attend this school and its worth it.
The end-of-the-year field day was a highlight for our family, filled with fun and memorable activities. Additionally, the grand graduation party and end-of-the-year awards ceremony were spectacular, reflecting the school’s commitment to celebrating each student’s achievements. Ms Breanna, Ms Patricia and Ms Ericka are always there to help.
Montessori Reggio Academy truly goes above and beyond in every way. Being part of this elite private school community has been a wonderful experience, and I am grateful for the exceptional education and environment they provide. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. I enrolled my first child here from 2019 to 2021, so when it came time to enroll my second child, I naturally returned to the same school. However, upon my return, I discovered that the director had changed, and Ms. Martina was no longer there. Despite the continuity in ownership, the new director is a stark contrast to Ms. Martina. She lacks the kindness, helpfulness, and commitment to quality that Ms. Martina embodied.

The turnover among teachers is concerning; I’ve witnessed several leaving abruptly, indicating a troubling environment. A couple of months ago, I witnessed another teacher come to the front and announce in a loud and nervous voice that she was quitting. All of these incidents were red flags to me.

Adding to my frustration, the school has begun charging me varying amounts like $10, $16, $40 for late pick-ups, citing a strict policy that imposes a $5 per minute fee after 3:05 PM. Despite explaining the occasional delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, they insist on holding me accountable. The lack of empathy is evident, especially considering the challenges parents face with parking and drop-off. In an attempt to avoid these charges, I rushed to pick up my child last week, resulting in an accident.

It’s clear to me that the new director prioritizes fees over the well-being of families. Under Ms. Martina’s leadership, I felt confident and content with my daughter attending this school. Now, I’m filled with anxiety every time I pick up my son. Despite his fondness for his teacher, I’m seriously considering withdrawing him from this school due to the deteriorating experience.

Absolutely thrilled to share my wonderful experience with Montessori Reggio Academy (MRA), where my child has been flourishing for over a year now. From the very beginning, I felt a sense of comfort and trust, knowing my child is in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The teachers and assistant teachers at MRA are incredibly kind and loving. They go above and beyond to ensure each child feels valued and encouraged in their learning journey. My child has developed not just academically, but also socially and emotionally, thanks to their dedicated efforts.
A special mention goes to Ms. Breanna and the entire administrative team. Their support has been exceptional, especially during a recent family emergency that required me to be away for an extended period. They were incredibly accommodating, making sure my son was well taken care of and keeping me updated with regular and detailed communications even though i was away and my husband was here taking care of him. Their empathy and professionalism truly made a challenging time much easier to manage.
The positive and collaborative environment at MRA is a testament to the school’s commitment to excellence in education and child care. I am so grateful to have found a place where my child can thrive and grow. I highly recommend Montessori Reggio Academy to any parent seeking a loving and enriching school for their child.
