Hi my names Alden and I’m currently in 8th grade going to stargate I’ve been here since the middle of 6th grade. I’ve gone to a handful of public schools in the denver area before coming here and from a completely non biased point of view here’s my opinion: it’s a very nice campus and most of the time I get a great education. However, the demographic of kids who go here while you don’t get the types of abused or rough kids from bad areas like I saw at other schools you do get the polar opposite, which isn’t much better: upper class entitled very stuck up kids that think they know better than everyone else. Every kid on this review section talking about how this school has “discrimination” or stuff like that has no idea what they’re talking about and comes from a completely biased and uneducated perspective on both what goes on in schools and communities with less opportunity and wealth and should stop thinking they know better about an issue and topic they don’t understand. Everything has to be about empathy and being nice to others, despite that the world’s always going to have rude people and they always have to do an assembly about that stuff even though it’s not going to change anything. I feel that the staff focus way to much on the kindness than our own learning and it’s really annoying. The staff are also really hypocritical and there’s only a few teachers that actually are exceptional, I feel most of the teachers only care about money and that’s about it.

The teachers dont have to stick to many standards there are only a few teachers at this school that are good and a few of the teachers are great one of the administrators has no spine and the other acts like a king one of the teachers lied to the principle infront of me and also put religion in history by saying that because there were skeletons at the bottom of the red sea Moses must have parted the seas overall the only reason I would ever stay is because of the few teachers and my freinds.
