We have been with Primrose Chase Oaks since 2022. My eldest daughter started attending Young Toddlers when she was 2 years old, while my youngest daughter began when she was just 7 weeks old in the Infant classroom (Ms. Lauren, Ms. Nisha, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Rahmalia). The nurturing environment provided by the Infant class teachers laid a strong foundation for our child’s growth and development during those crucial early months. We will always be grateful for the patience, love, and expertise that the Infant class team showered upon our little one.

Now that my baby has transitioned into Ms. Honey’s class, we continue to be amazed by the progress they have made and the depth of care they receive. Ms. Honey, your dedication to fostering a love of learning and exploration in each child is truly inspiring. Our child comes home every day bubbling with excitement, eager to share all the new things they have learned under your guidance. Your classroom is not just a place of education but a sanctuary of growth, where each child is valued and supported in their unique journey.

To Ms. Tammy and the whole Manager Team, we cannot thank you enough for the outstanding management of the kindergarten. Your efficient and effective leadership ensures that every aspect of the learning environment runs seamlessly, allowing teachers to focus wholeheartedly on nurturing and educating the children in their care. Your commitment to excellence sets the standard for the entire kindergarten community, and we feel fortunate to be a part of it.

We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care, guidance, and support our child has received at Primrose School of Plano at Chase Oaks. From the Infant class to Ms. Honey’s class eventhough the Preschool class, every teacher and staff member has played a vital role in shaping our child’s early years in the most positive and enriching way possible.

Our baby started with Primrose when she’s 14 months old. She’s shy and takes time to observe new environment. Ms. Honey and all teachers that support Young Toddler room have done a great job to help her adjust to new school, engage with new classmates and get comfortable with classroom schedules. I especially appreciate the timely updates sent by the teachers every day, which is very helpful so I can focus on my work knowing she’s been taking good care of. The other thing I like about the school is there is curriculum designed to each stage and teachers are actually following the curriculum. I feel proud when receiving the “art work” she made at school (it’s dots and lines done by a 14 months old but still makes me proud). In addition, Ms. Tammy and the office team always keep us updated on what’s happening in school through email, monthly calendars and APP chat so we can plan accordingly. The school is safe and clean. The teachers are loving and professional. We are very happy to find the right daycare for our baby.

Ms. Tammy and her staff have been absolutely amazing. Our daughter has a myriad of allergies which they have made accommodations for. They’ve been helpful and communicative since we have arrived. I would like to mention a few pivotal teachers for our daughter and newly born son. For our daughter, Ms. Honey and Ms. Nisha were a pivotal part of her transition from her previous school. Her current home room teacher, Ms. Z, has been amazing for us and our daughter adores her. For our son, his home room teacher, Ms. Lauren and Ms, Rahmalia, have made it easy to have him join the school at such a young age (3 months). Ms. Hyma and Ms. Jordan are always a welcome face in the morning and they put a smile on your face. I know I have missed many other members but I want all of primrose to know we very much appreciate what you ALL do for our children. I will always recommend this location and cannot thank you enough for the the love and care you have shown to our children.
