The work done on my nails was not good at all they are chipping my nails are breaking . I went in with my nails being good , came out having to file them and put a layer of regular nail polishon my gel polish just so they wont keeping chipping til i can go back and get them fixed somewhere else. They use old school training . They need to update the class education, they are still using 1990 education. I will not go back there for any type of work hail, nails excdera…. ..
I feel sorry for the people paying for the courses because most of them will not be prepared……
Enter at your own risk! Went in for a trim of my below the waist hair. Requested 4″ trim and the gal took off over 8″. She said “done” and when I looked in mirror the right side was at least 2″ longer than left side and with layers! Left side no layers…Her supervisor had her try to even it out, still didn’t get it right. Took 2 hours! Omg, I signed off and came home to fix it myself. I will make sure no one i know ever goes here for a trim or cut.
This place feels like family! Not only was I lucky enough to get my education and cosmetology license here, I also got the opportunity to teach for about 4 years. We moved out of town and came north about 9 months ago and I have not found another salon that made me feel as close as the phagans team did! I will forever consider them family! Great instructors willing to help, and students eager to learn!
