This is from the class 2016. My name is Charly S and I first entered this HS as a freshman on 2012. Clemente is not the perfect school, hence the 4 stars, but its alright. I was always good at math and was placed in two honor math classes, took AP Stats, and was enrolled into a dual honor math class ( I received college credit for taking this class). I was also in AP English, AP US history, and what ever AP classes that they had. I graduated with a 3.4 GPA. I tell you this not to brag; but to drive a point, Clemente HS is a good school.
I had a real good time at JROTC. The JROTC program encourage in two things. They encourage you to be a leader and they also encourage you to pursue higher education. I owe thanks to Srg Luis for the leadership skills that he taught us. And for being the best archery instructor. I give thanks to Cheif Silver for always carring. And Srg Cunningham is pretty cool too.
If your a student applying to this school, just do your best and youll be fine. I am currently a Senior at College and ready to start my career. Thanks Clemente!
I went to this high school for my freshman year, 2014. There was a major misunderstanding Only I involved (non violent) which lead them to call the standby police. whilst being searched I was told to remove my sweater for a proper search At first i denied, I being an obese and uncomfortable teenager. seconds later two dudes sandwich me grabbing my sweater as a bully grabs a kids shirt. I said loudly and calmly multiple times while being sandwiched ” I do not want to fight ” one person who i remember named casino said ”oh he said he wants to fight” leading the standby officer ( A caucasian man with silver hair more on the stocky side) push me to the ground and stomp on my head 3 times. my ear turned red and they took me to the nearby hospital st marys, results Turned out fine I was going to be okay, As I said the reason they even took to me was for a huge misunderstanding.
I went to this school and to tell you the truth it wasn’t that bad all my life growing up in Chicago was bullied in all the public schools out here but this is one of the school I can say that I really enjoyed going to everyday. The only thing bad about the school was there special ed teachers they didn’t really teach us that good but the rest of the teachers were wonderful and always had time to give us help if we need it. sports were cool had fun playing outside the security was awesome always on time when fights are out. That was 15 years ago hopefully it’s much better now. God bless our schools and are teachers and are students to????. Now my kids go there ?? now wow ??
