My child has had such a wonderful experience here! She’s been to several programs around the area, and so I’m confident when I say that this school is wonderful. If you’re looking for your child to have immersive experiences to learn and practice skills – this is the place. She’s so excited to tell us every day about the area of the world that she learned about, the project that they’re doing, or the skill that she got to practice. It allows us to continue the experience at home, and has set her on the path of lifelong learning. She loves to go to school everyday, and that’s the best endorsement that things are going right in that school.
As a parent, they are clear communicators about what’s happening at school, they have shown that they have a deep appreciation for who my child is, and they regularly put on celebrations (concerts/mother’s day celebration, etc) that are cute but also really appropriate to where my students level is. We have been blessed as a family to have found this school.
Children’s Manor is the greatest place on the planet. My girls came into the school in August at a time where nothing was certain and the Director Lauren made sure not just my girls, but we as a family had all the certainty in the world that this was the right place for us. Ms Amy took my 20 month olds who had never been anywhere but with mom and loved her like her own. She taught her EVERYTHING she needed and taught me more than I ever could have imagined. Ms Linda is the most compassionate and loving guide of toddler energy and my girls LOVE school, everyday because of her. I cannot even begin to thank these women for all they’ve done and continue to do for my the education and guidance of my children and my entire family.
I’m very grateful for all the Director and the Teachers at Children’s Manor have done for our girls. From working with FLES, the bus driver and before/aftercare teachers and children to create a safe learning/growing space our kindergartener could trust during a difficult bus situation, to potty training and teaching our 2 yr/old how to walk, because she learned how to run before she learned how to walk they were kind and consistent in working backwards with her on this simple but important step :), to really embodying the Montessori method in all CM does. Thank you CM you are loved!!
