Parents should take notice of the graduates in Amarillo area who are in the top 10% of their class; so many of them attended St. Mary’s as young students! My children went to St.Marys and now, my granddaughter is in Kindergarten there. She has thrived at the school, made many friends, and is now reading at almost two grades above level. She has a knack for math and loves Spanish and music class. There are so many opportunities for parents and grandparents to be included too. No time wasted on strategies in preparing for “the state tests”. Learning to learn, explore new things, and to love one another as Christ loves us. That’s all part of the daily curriculum at St. Mary’s. As a public school teacher for over 20 years, I have seen the various curriculums that simply don’t push kids to develop a love of learning. Please check out the programs available at St. Mary’s, you will be glad you did.
Wow! Our son started Montessori here and he’s so happy and has learned so much. He has made great friends too. Fantastic school! We have 0 regrets and would recommend anyone to attend.
Saint Marys Cathedral School is like home. The staff care about all of the students well being academically and spiritually. Cant imagine our children going anywhere else!
