I dont even know where to start with this amazing school. When covid hit all mothers of the world was worried about their children regress in education, but you can only imagine how the mothers with special needs kids felt! In covid year I had Kindergartener who has special needs. With all public schools closed every parent turned to private schools who were overwhelmed and many of my pleads to enroll my child in their programs were turned down. Being a special needs kid didnt help either. However there is GOD and St. Ephrem who not only didnt turn us down but welcomed us. The wonderful administration of this school created a new K class only to help parents like me who were desperate to get their kids in school! What surprised me the most is the cost of tuition. To have such a program: strong academics, frequent tests, homework and classwork being taught by the most wonderful teachers I have ever met in my life: Miss. Kokkinos and Miss. Polizzotto( just naming my teachers but they are all so amazing). The program is so rich with creative art classes, gym and sports, music taught by very experienced and caring professionals. St. Ephrem academic program is the most well rounded I have seen, and trust me I have toured many private schools who cost close to 6 figures and Sr. Ephrem puts them to shame! St. Ephrem is the living proof that academics and teaching is first caring truly and genuinely about the upbringing and education of our children than the greedy expensive schools who offer just a big name.
Finally I need to express my gratitude of how loving, caring and warmly they all embraced my special need child! The school is not a specialized school but they dont need to be to know how to be genuinely caring about the differently abled kids. The teachers attention and dedication towards my kid was so beyond my expectations! And I am absolutely convinced that because of all teachers attention toward my son in return all the children behaviors towards my son was so warm and loving as well! What a wonderful environment to have your children’s grow and learn! PARENTS if you want your kids to grow having a well rounded education, an amazing character and personality, if you dont want to be afraid about how their future will be: SENT THEM TO SR. EPHREM!
This is my last year in St. Ephrem but I will always remember and love them with all my heart.

St. Ephrem CA offers so much starting at the top with the Principal Mr. Mercado who is friendly, engaging and quickly responds to any question and concerns. Amazing teachers, and staff. During the pandemic of 2020 the principal and teacher’s transitioned the children into remote online learning effortlessly! and as a parent that was comforting to know that your child will still have that quality education.

A healthy and safe educational environment for your child is exactly what St. Ephrem has to offer! The building is very warm and welcoming very clean, bright and airy. So many clubs are offered as well as music and sports just to name a few. The community of parents and children is first class all the way. My child excelled here loved his teachers and his friends This school offers so much! When searching for a great school don’t pay to much attention to the ones that put on the biggest shows.

It was a nightmare, academics are non existent. We quickly changed school after kindergarten and comments from other parents awared of this.
