We are so so happy we found Creative Hearts for our sweet little girl. Before Creative Hearts, our 18mo old was really only cared for my mom, dad or grandparents. She was timid, fearful of other kids and really slow to engage. We knew this transition would take time and Dulci was kind, patient and communicative letting her explore and engage on her own timeline. After just 3 days with the Creative Hearts crew we saw the change. She just lights up each morning when we tell her she is going to daycare. Dulci welcomes her every morning into her arms and is just the sweetest and warmest presence for the kids. She comes home excited about the day and eager to “tell us” all about it. We’ve seen so much growth in these last few months and the art projects she brings home are so fun – I wish I could attend! Love, singing, art, play, nature, dancing, yoga, friends. What more could you ask for?!

I started researching preschools for my son around the 12 month age. Creative Hearts immediately got my attention due to its size, location, reviews by other parents, and learning structure. Meeting Dulcinea, seeing the other kids interactions, and just the feel of the place, I was immediately sold.

My son loves going to preschool the 3 days a week he attends. He walks in with a smile and when I pick him up it is apparent he has had a great day. We feel so lucky to have found a place that is warm, loving, and where our little guy can be a kid and is introduced to all sorts of activities. Dulcinea sends several pictures a day to the parents showing what the children are doing. It is always fun to see. I highly recommend Creative Hearts! Our experience with Creative Hearts and Dulci has been nothing short of life-changing for our son, Tommy, who is the light of my life and my husband’s. Tommy’s baseline behavior: super shy, no talking, and limited social interactions with his peers. My husband and I discovered he was “on the spectrum” the exact same day we dropped him off for his first day.

Through Dulci’s tender loving care, spirited engagement, and with her thoughtfully planned activities, Tommy is now able to play and learn with his peers. He has begun talking and he is a much happier kid overall. He is looking forward to “Halloween [with his] friends” which brings us so much joy.

My husband and I consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have found Creative Hearts, it has been a blessing and we will be forever grateful.
