We had kids in Sonshine School and Academy for 6 years, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! Each of my kids started kindergarten WELL ahead of the recommended level with solid pre-reading and emerging math skills. They knew upper level information that many in their Kindergarten classes did not have. They thrived in school after being nurtured in such a fun environment with such skilled teachers. But even more than that, they knew Bible songs, stories, and had a grasp of the gospel! The leadership at Sonshine is experienced, kind, capable, and fun! Their teachers are not “babysitters,” and their program is not “day care,” but instead it is an all-encompassing and enriching program to develop social, emotional, educational, and spiritual knowledge and skills. I was constantly blown away at the extra effort the teachers and staff made. We loved every single teacher we ever had at Sonshine! I can’t recommend this school enough!!

We LOVE Sonshine School & Academy. The teachers and staff are lovely. We’ve been there since 2016 and I don’t have one negative thing to say about it. Two of kids have now graduated, we still have one left, and the two that have graduated were more than prepared for kindergarten. The teachers genuinely care about your kiddos and WANT to be there, and it shows. They learn so many things outside of educational. They partner with you in how you do things at home. They truly want the best for every kid in their school. Our kids knew they were loved and felt safe all the time. They also create the best end of year scrapbooks for each child, every year, from babies – the 4 year old class. Books I treasure so deeply. You can’t go wrong with Sonshine School & Academy! It’s the greatest place to be.

We have absolutely loved our years at Sonshine School and Academy! I do not have any negatives or concerns of any kind!
Their curriculum has proven to be so effective for my kids. They love going to school and love their teachers. I trust them with my children in every way. They are organized and communicative. They offer fun opportunities for parents to connect and to be in the room with your kids.
They send home updates and are always willing to chat outside of class.
Teachers have always been the most kind and loving. They truly want to know my kids.
I also love that they know their names and make them feel seen!
I could not recommend a school more!!
