Do not ever, and I truly do mean ever send your child to this messy so called “school”. My sister is a really good kid never been suspended or had any disciplinary issues until she was enrolled here. She was suspended for a cell phone with no previous disciplinary issues and also sent to detention and missed two classes for having on the wrong color blue. Meanwhile her good friend gets sexually harassed and assaulted multiple times , a police report is filed, her mom came to the school and they did absolutely nothing about it. P E T T Y principle, anytime anybody wants to speak with her she pretends to be unavailable or out of the office. Half of the teaching staff is ok but the math teacher has a thing for marking everybody an F in the grade book until she feels like updating grades, and when students complain to administration nothing is done about it. This school is worried about the wrong things. Today is the last day of school and my experience with this high school is horrible. I feel sorry for the neighborhood kids over there with no other choices. Somebody needs to step in and fix it.
Horrible school! Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you that’s just administration trying to sell you into bringing your child here believing this a great school! As a student that attends this school I feel it should be shut down or be replaced with a whole new staff. The principal doesn’t know what she is doing, most of the teachers doesn’t care about their students, the dean favors the students that constantly gets in trouble and puts down students she doesn’t like, almost everyday there are fights, & the administrators care more about uniform than the education of a student. I’ve been bullied for the 4 years attending and harassed my SENIOR year going to this school I told the principal and dean but they never did anything about it as if they never cared, if I could give 0 stars I would, I recommend to NOT bring your child to this school!!!
The school my niece was attending last year, she completely hated school. Her grades were horrible and talking to her about college was not an option.. This year it is a HUGE difference.. She is SELF motivated about her grades and her future.. She not only talk about college but is planning for it too.. She constantly talk about how she LOVES her teachers and the principal is so nice too.. She even stays after for tutoting to get her grades up to par.. THANK YOU SO MUCH UPREP.. From Tatyanna D. family!!!
