I joined an adults’ class for about 3 months and dropped it. They cancelled two of my first month’s classes and made me reschedule because the instructor was sick. It was understandable but since then they have arranged a lot of different instructors to teach me, and they don’t track my progress. Some of them are good (unfortunately they don’t usually teach at this site) but some are not only inexperienced but also irresponsible. For example, not even looking at me when I’m swimming and chatting with others several times. I found out because when I stood up she was showing her back to me, which happened almost every lesson. When I needed her to stop me from bumping to the kids when I was doing backstroke, she failed either because she was not even there. She won’t even know if I’m drowning. I question how she got the job, as she obviously doesn’t know how to build plans to help students improve, or answer my questions in a professional way. I’m not against her personally but the standard of hiring. Furthermore the pool water is disgustingly dirty and has too much chlorine. Sometimes it’s freezing, but that’s the gym’s problem, not the swimming school’s.

My son enrolled for private class since June 4th. After took one class he got a bad flu. We remembered the coach had a bad cough and runny nose when she taught my son. The center has no any health control for the kids ?has no any notice to parents. Then we haven’t took left 4 classes due to the anxiety. But I found SafeSplash charged my credit card for the next session directly and I contacted them and let them know what happened and we won’t send my son to take class due to the situation and apply the refund before more than one week since next session start. But they refused me. So disappointed with SafeSplash and we won’t refer them to any of our friends. They haven’t took pity on my little boy, they have not say sorry to my son, he still coughing and coughing all day and night. They only care about money.

So a couple of months ago I thought it was ok. It’s a 30 min class divided three ways. So not a ton of swim time. But the instructors were super sweet and my kids were progressing. More recently there is a new instructor and the instructors are just socializing the entire class while the kids bob in the water about 20 ft away. It’s a waste of time especially at the rate. Also terrifying since more than half the class the instructor was turned talking and didn’t have attention on the swimmers. You’re basically paying for a little pool play. At the end of the class the instructor got out of the pool and didn’t say anything and left and a few minutes later a different instructor saw the class just sitting in the pool and told them they were dismissed.. the original instructor just like up and left.
