This School was Extremely Racist, Both Teachers and Students. My son was not happy about being criticised because of their colour and Race. Not only that. Bullies mostly targeted him Because he was Autistic, It’s Extremely Rude. He doesn’t control If he can or can not be Autistic, Nobody’s Perfect. I highly recommend NOT signing your Children in this horrible school. Too make it worse. He didn’t learn anything! He was left sitting in a class where people were learning about Addition and Subtraction in year 8! These Students should’ve learnt these things in Year three at the very Least! And even if he did learn something new, That wasn’t easy, He wasn’t supplied the Help needed to let him understand. So I decided to sign him into Alkira Secondary College, Although the Reviews aren’t as good. He Stopped coming home crying and finally got the Educational needs to actually get somewhere in life. He comes home so excited to chat with me about everything he had done that day. Unacceptable for a Highschool. Do not let kids attend this School.
annoying teachers, the work is really boring and most lessons are double sessions, which basically just removes all the variety and basically making us do the same thing for 100 minutes! and not all the teachers are bad, there are some amazing and extremely kind teachers, why I’m giving an extra star but its really boring and annoying for the weeks to be the same, with an occasional cat, and cats are done in class in 1 time, which is also bad, i think it should be a longer process even if its a paper cat, now not all cats are like this but most are and its really useless in my opinion, not the biggest fan. coming from a student.
No compassion for any students.
This school is all about being proactive in the mental health and wellbeing of students but does absolutely nothing when it comes to students that actually need help or guidance when they’re going through mental struggles.
These teachers have the least bit of empathy towards students and could absolutely care less on what happens to them outside of school when it comes down to student conflicts, but they care so much about students wearing uniform properly OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL!
The amount of hypocrisy this school has is insane and they need to work on themselves.
If you care for the students then actually help them. If you care for their wellbeing then don’t just try to act like it’s out of your hands when you’re clearly capable of helping them.
Be better, Kambrya College teachers.
I personally attend this school and even though the other people within this review section maybe true, some of it i have not actually experienced. Quite a nice school with good teachers
Went to school here, it’s very clear that some parents don’t understand that their “precious child” is the Problem. Problem for the teachers and problem for the students. But will blame the school for “doing to much” or always “not doing enough”. It’s clear as day the kids that disrupt the class and make life for the teachers much harder. Even teachers can deal with so much.
