Son was punched in the face by another student enough to have bruising. Not told of the incident. Not told he attended sick bay and was given ice – which they are required to report as it’s a head injury. Found out after school from our child. If you flag an issue with the principal regarding certain members from the same family he simply tells you what a great parent their Mum is, no resolution and issues continue. Multiple high needs reactive children whose conditions are poorly managed due to lack of teachers aids. High young teacher turnover. No flexible learning. Severely unprepapred for high school. Everything swept under the rug under the guise of being “good forgiving catholics”, my kids have severe trust issues of teachers because of this and are in therapy to work through it. S Gilbert & E. Savva are the best teachers there and are the shining light of that school.
