Really close to pulling my kids out. Whilst my older child has been going for a for years with little issues, the classes for the small kids are becoming a joke. A few classes cancelled in the second half of last year as the water was too cold. You only get told this once you are there. And this morning arrive for our 7.45am class only to be told it had been cancelled but noone had notified us or any of the other parents. We got a text 10 minutes after it was supposed to have started! Also whilst it sounds great that you can make up classes if your kid is sick, you need to be able to find a class with a spot. There are no other classes for my younger son’s level so it’s useless and they don’t get carried over to the next term.
No downside to this venue other than it is difficult to have your phone call answered. Staff are helpful and friendly and my grandson has had the same teacher “Margaret” for 2 years which has been very important to him.
Choosing to do car park between 930-Midnight on a weeknight with loud machinery next to houses, council and police notified
The team here are fantastic. They are truly wanting your kids to get the most out of each class and keep you updated on each kids progress.
The teachers are all fantastic. Highly recommend
Wonderful school. We have just moved schools and they have been wonderful helping the boys adjust and getting them into the right class. Very helpful and lovely staff
