this school sucks. we can’t even have any fun events at all (like mufti day, pajama day etc.) because all y’all care about is reputation. maybe if there were more fun things we’d look forward to school more! you guys asked for ways to make school more enjoyable, but refuses to do anything so whats the point of feedback. the only fun day we have is peace day and even then all of us can’t even dress up in our cultural clothes! imagine how fun and united it’d be. can’t wait to get out of here lol.
Most teachers I’ve had are lovely and supportive while some aren’t it. I love school but some things within this school can be a problem and quite common like bullying, harassment and some teachers don’t give you the help when you need it (they would hit you with the “I already taught you this in term 1 how do you not know?”. WELL BECAUSE WE DIDN’T CLEAR IT UP AND BARELY EVEN TOUCHED THE TERM, WORD OR TOPIC???. Some people in a certain class would sometimes constantly say disgustingly sexualizing things about me but the teacher was right there but he never does anything about it. Another classmate of mine got verbally abuse by the same people and its even worse that I know that person had some depression or mental illness. most teachers I’ve seen are way too easy on those type of people.
IF YOUR CHILD GOES TO THIS SCHOOL AND ACTS WEIRD WHEN COMING HOME PLEASE CHECK ON THEM
I recommend you come this school more students to come to school everyone is nice here but just make sure stay away from the mean people in the school but don’t worry make good friends and teachers and believe or not we need more Year 9 students coming to school this year we need more students that are in year 9 to come to this School. Everyone should come to Cabramatta high school we show pride in our work and community respect of Cabramatta high school. And that I just don’t recommend canteen food there once I try the food it was good sometimes bad but please The canteen lady fix they cooking it not how possible the food taste sometimes it make it cold and some time not that good they need to put the effort on the cooking for our student when they need to try best to cook these meals properly including our meals too.
This school has great potential for students despite what others may think. As a former student, it has provided me with vast opportunities and improved my grades exponentially and encouraged me to excel further than I expected. Being in a low socioeconomic area, this school continuously gathers and promotes various scholarships worth thousands of dollars with tremendous support systems to aid students achieve those scholarships. I would like to especially thank Ms Pappas and Ms Khan who helped me achieve numerous scholarships. Moreover, they were great teachers which immensely helped me get a band 6 in economics and science respectively, alongside my teachers Ms Le, Mr Trainor, Ms Vu and Mr Simpson who helped me throughout year 11 and 12 to gain a great HSC result in the high 90s. Furthermore, the Maths faculty here is remarkable, providing an accelerated Maths course which helped me perform exceptionally well in it thanks to Mr and Ms Nguyen. Finally, thank you Mr Erksine and Ms Walton for granting me countless extracurricular activities to improve my social and leadership skills and profoundly supporting my future as a result.
Overall, there is a very large range of students here but the student you want to become purely depends on you. Cabramatta High School has all the resources and opportunities to excel as long as you utilize it all. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without this place so I’ll like to express some gratitude now that I’m gone.
Please add more places to sit, the space of this school is quite large but has not been used to its potential. H block area has way TOO many seats but at the Volleyball courts and Basketball courts have barley anything to sit at. Moving that large shipping container and adding tables there would do a lot physically and aesthetically to the school. Would love to see students sitting at tables rather then on the ground!

Would also recommend more shaded areas! Haven’t seen alot of shaded areas, Only the hall cola. Teachers always tell students to get out of walk ways and stair ways, but where else will they sit!?! The walk ways and stair ways are almost their last hope to getting some shade! I’ve seen some other schools with tables and they have umbrellas! Extremely useful in my opinion as they can be opened and closed and are more aesthetically pleasing.

Events are rarely a thing in this school! I’ve seen Pyjama day and muck up day in other schools, this school does have Peace day but would love to see all students come to school with their own Cultural outfits, This would really boost the peace and connection message. Pyjama day and Muck-up day is something children and teens love to have! My child has never told me anything about school events other than Food Festivals here and there. Looking at other school posts with their Fun days really makes us feel left out!
