Pros: Good teachers including both Toddler class teachers, the pre-school 3 teacher & the Montessori assistant teacher are good. The rate is decent and you can use Community Child Care if eligible
Cons: For teachers seeking employment : the pay is average, they say there is room for advancement but its a lie. They will use you until they bleed you dry of all your energy then get rid of you when they feel they dont need you anymore. They have a habit of lying and telling teachers there is a low number of kids today when they dont want you to come in, even when the amount of kids attending that day is normal. There are hardly any raises so dont expect to work here for 6 months to a year and receive a raise you will be waiting for a long time. The director and manager are sneaky and liars, dont trust a word they say, if you do, thats on you. Many former and current employees have told me not to trust them. There is no job security, and if a situation happens they will not have your back as an employee they will have their own backs first before they have yours. There are also no cameras if you like that than you will have no problem, however, no camera means no proof of whats going on in the classroom. A student can accuse a teacher of abusing them and there is no proof to prove if it is true or not. An investigation unit will have to come in first, investigate everyone (students and parents) before any real proof surfaces about if the abuse really happened or not. Apply at your own risk.
For Parents seeking child care: Their education program is average. The security of the daycare it self is weak. There are no cameras, only a keypad on the door that all (old and new) parents have access too. There is hardly anyone who sits at the front desk to greet the visitors. If you enroll your child and expect them to learn and be ready for Kindergarten, I suggest you send them to a different daycare with a better learning program. Enroll your kids at your own risk.
Good luck to anyone who does enroll their kids or apply for work, I wish you a better experience than me.
