Autrella did an AMAZING job! She was very informative! I thought I was going to walk out with some carrot looking hair,(as I had a strip of blonde I did myself) but I didnt realize toner did a big difference! (Have never got my hair done by professionals before) she informed me of what level my hair was at and showed me a book of the toners! Im glad I gave full trust to her! Also love how she is critiquing herself and seeing what she can approve and/or make different. I will definitely be coming back!
The student who was assigned to do my perm had never done one and did not have the slightest idea what to do. She did not know what supplies she needed, nor have any knowledge of how to do a perm. She should have had someone working alongside her to show her how to do it. After a very frustrating hour where she literally had only put in two rollers, I had to finally request that they get someone to help her.
My student was Shelly Merritt. She was very sweet, she listened to what I wanted. She asked her instructors questions and listened and followed what they suggested. She didn’t talk much but that was ok because she was consintrating on what she was doing. I’ll definitely be back to see her. Definitely did an Amazing job Love how my hair turned out
