So I went to pick my grandson at beyond the bell today there were 4 grown staff there al but one sitting at a table the closest person to a particular group of kids about7 children was25 ft away. As I pull in my grandson is go ing the wrong way up a slide with three boys blocking the top not using it just blocking it. One boy is kicking my grandson in the face ad shoulder telling him to get down not one staff member is even aware
I tell the kid to stop kicking him the boy states well I told him to get down and I replied you need to tell someone not kick him.
Astff member finally walks over and tells me to stop yelling at there kids, being direct and asseretive is not yelling. So I told her maybe someone should get up and watch the kids instead of me having to do it. People pay for their children to be watched. Maybe staff should have to be on their feet instead of sitting on the other side of the playground.

Rude and NO HELP . Just tell u to go on line and hang up. But bet u get a week or two behind they jump on it act like you don’t pay your bills . And we leave our kids with these people ugh wish I had more options I really do!
