Have very high hopes that the changes coming next year bring it up to a more camparable school to the other downriver high schools my children have no complaints but also nothing special to talk of, i only visit for events that my children participate in mainly sports the cheer team is undisciplined (although im glad we have them cause none of the other downriver teans seem to) i find it to be disrespectful theyre representing the spirit of the school the athletes otherwise seem to be in good hands the parents dont seem very concerned they are quiet as a mouse at the events lol idk just my opinion school and family is all that should matter at this time to the kids so i honestly exepct a bit more enthusiasm and pride for the kids and the school hopefully during school hours thats happening if not next year when they change everything i hope this is on the list they dont even have school gear for sale smh anyway well see next year
HORRIBLE school!! Parents DO NOT send your children to Taylor Schools period!! The elementarys are not bad, but junior high and high school are horrible and getting worse!! Drug dealing, bullying, and NO supervision!!! I have gone to Taylor Schools from K-12 and never had problems like I have with my kids now.. Counsilors and principals at Truman and West are a joke… They NEVER answer phones, and NEVER return phone calls… This whole school district is the worst schooling I have EVER seen!!! Personally I am pulling both of my children out of the district, as well as MANY other parents that I have spoken to… Do your child a favor and keep them away from Taylor School District.. For those children that are stuck there, I am praying for you… Taylor will be speaking to my attorney…
Class of 18 here….nice school tbh,i dont see why people hate it,btw I’m close friends with the girl who got bullied and made it on the news,i heard she didn’t completely tell the truth,anyways,nice school it’s just the idoits who go here are the problems
