Loma Vista Elementary in Santa Ana, CA (Tustin Unified) is Horrible!! My daughter went to this school and had nothing but horrible experiences there. The staff and PTA club (aka “the puppy eaters”) are intolerable and thrive on bullying students and parents that they feel are below them. This being said you can imagine how the children act. The office clerical typist behind the front desk likes to play doctor, and touch children’s private parts in the restrooms. I am writing this review to bring awareness to what is happening there. The clerical typist was not charged with any crime because this is the first time she has been caught. I refer to her as the clerical typist and not by her real name for my own safety but if you visit the office you will know who she is. I’m sure there are more of her victims out there that are afraid to speak up. I didn’t get justice for my daughter but by getting the word out, I may be able to stop the typist from making new victims. She still sits behind the desk and has unlimited access to the school children. I encourage the parents to talk to and educate their children, and keep a close eye out for red flags. Keep in mind that these are sick predators, and will tell your child to keep quiet. Stand up for yourself because no one else will. As for the principle, staff and the teacher at Loma Vista, you should all be ashamed of yourselves for sweeping this under the rug. Maybe one day your conscience will make you do the right thing. If you have any information regarding this situation or if your child was a victim of hers please contact the special victims unit, at the OC Sheriff’s department. One voice may be silenced but many voices can be loud.

I went to this school, k-5, (2001-2006) the teachers I had were nice and the playground was awesome. I’d only give it 4 stars because of how nasty the nurse and office lady’s were to students and parents. It’s been a long time since I’ve gone to the school but if they still have the same women working there I feel they should look into nicer, friendlier staff.

Good points: local, clean, diverse student body, innovation lab and garden + my son loves his school…bad points: administration and some teachers are really ignorant and cant follow a federal contract/IEP to save their lives.
