I’ve been going to all of the high schools for work recently and today, I went to Hunter Huss. I am amazed at the way the faculty really cares for the students and their future! Those students are some of the nicest and most respectable kids I’ve come into contact with. They even said yes ma’am to me! ?? I don’t know when Hunter Huss became the dreaded school to send your kids to, but today I witnessed some of the best administration, teachers and students in Gaston County… and I say that AFTER I’ve been to every school in the county. I can’t wait to return to Huss! Well done, Huskies! You have a new fan! ?????
Most of the teaching staff doesn’t have the PUSH, to have the students excelled beyond there expectation. Needs more parent involvement for the the school to improved. Then focusing on trying to arrest the students, and encourage them to do well, and help them to mature to productive adults to society. Parents need to step there game up, in helping the students do better. I will make sure minds excel if the other parents don’t think is important enough to make sure there’s excel. IJS
Some of the worst HS staff I have had to deal with. I know a great deal of it is funding related but doesn’t mean that the staff needs to be rude.
