I completed the basic welding course with instructor Millie, and am 100% satisfied with the experience. Millie’s instruction was thorough and easily comprehensible… even with the more technical bits. Her enthusiasm and artistry was infectious, and she clearly loves bringing others into the community. The facility and equipment were in good repair, and there was a great variety of scrap metal stock upon which to practice. I’m looking forward to advancing my welding skills in the future, and heartily recommend PIW for hobbyists and would-be professionals alike.
I recently took the After Hour Creative Welding Beginner course and had a blast. Milly is a very talented, fun, engaging and patient instructor. I had never welded anything before and I left the class having completed some very fun no-stress projects. The facilities were great – very metal ;-> m/ ! If you’re curious about welding, check out the class and strike an arc!
Jo is an incredible teacher, she is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and cares about her students. I would highly recommend PIW to anyone looking to get into welding as a career or even if you are simply looking to learn as a hobby.
